Summary: Fantastic property, well appointed with everything you could need during stay. Three different living areas which was great for us with 6 children in tow. The kids loved staying in the back rumpus room all together. Right by Tay Street surf spot. We enjoyed kicking back with a wine and watching the kite surfers. 5 minute drive to a Countdown and close to the Mount centre, about a 20min walk along the beach.
